GLOBAL GLORY TRAINING CENTER
Racial harmony is not simply a ministry within the church or school. It is the very heartbeat of the gospel itself, fleshed out in Christian community. Far from being something a select few are given to, the scripture teaches us that at the very heart of the mission of God was the union of the nations under allegiance to Jesus Christ. A key factor of Christian influence in the world, for the glory of God, is its unity witness in and for Christ.
Our Lord made this clear when He prayed,
“I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, that they
may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the
world may believe that you have sent me (John 17:20–21)
The Apostle Paul, also, made this clear in his letter to the Ephesians where he said that Jesus tore down that which divided Jew and Gentile (2:11-23) thus making one new man. He then connected the glory of the Lord to the united multi-racial church (Ephesians 3:10-21). The Body of Christ is to be one and this unity is to supersede our cultures and dictate how we engage with each other as members in Christ.
The GGTC is our comprehensive portal for assisting churches and Christian schools to begin cultivating a culture in which this priority of unity to take place and be sustained for the glory of God. We do this in a variety of ways via seminars, theological training and a ten month intensive cohort for churches and schools to build leaders around.

The GGTC came about as a result of man desiring ongoing training beyond the Gospel and Racial Harmony seminar. It also is a key means in which we seek to fulfill our goal of creating a movement that brings about an awakening within the church for the global glory of God in and through His united Bride.
THE GOSPEL AND RACIAL HARMONY
This is the foundational seminar. It is designed to be the foundation that equips Christians with a gospel centered view of racial unity. Too often social issues creep into the body ad begin to drive how we understand our role in life and culture.
Black Lives Matter, CRT and a host of other ideologies have become the norm by which we discuss and decide on matters unity. The Gospel, however, is our only guide. This seminar will explore how a gospel centered world view is the only way to make sense of division and to overcome it in transformative ways.
If churches and schools are to produce disciples that live and think for Jesus in these divided times, the gospel vision of unity is the only way we will be able to do this for the glory of God.
This seminar is for everyone.
LEADERSHIP COHORT
This is a 10 month intensive training program that will equip individuals within churches and schools to become trained in providing exceptional and qualified leadership in racial harmony.

The cohort is for pastors, educational leaders and or those they designate to to be a part of the training.
THE CHANGE AGENT LEADER
The Leadership Factor is a seminar designed exclusively for leaders. Leadership is vital in any endeavor, especially in the area of racial and relational unity. Leaders must lead with intelligence and with a vision for the future that is not only compelling but necessary.
In this seminar leaders will be equipped with organizational and practical tools that will enable them to mobilize those in their churches and organizations to be change agents. Any leader who desires to see their church or organization equipped to bring about their desired goals will find the principles of this seminar invaluable.

PEACE BIBLE INSTITUTE
Peace Bible Institute (PBI) is for those who desire theological education at an extremely low cost, but at a seminary level.
